Focus on a few key points and include clear, high-quality graphics to make an impact.
3. Backup Files Submission
-
Speakers are strongly encouraged to send a soft copy of their slide deck to expo-cfp@cuhk.edu.hk at least three working days before the Event Day 1. Alternatively, you have the option to bring your presentation materials to the venue.

If your files exceed 8MB, share them via a cloud storage link (e.g., Office 365 OneDrive, Google Drive) which could be accessed without login and/or password.
-
All submitted files will remain private and will not be shared publicly without speakers's consent.
