  • Arrive at the assigned venue 15 minutes before your scheduled session, regardless of your presentation order.

  • Manage your time to stay within the 15-minute limit. Session staff will signal when 5 minutes and 1 minute remain.

  • A Windows desktop computer with internet access, a projector, and two microphones (one wireless and one wired) will be available in each session's venue.

2. Presentation Materials

  • You may use any layout (e.g., 16:9, 4:3) and format (e.g., .ppt, .pdf, .jpg).

  • Ensure your presentation includes the abstract title, names of authors and affiliations, and funding acknowledgement (if applicable).

  • Focus on a few key points and include clear, high-quality graphics to make an impact.

3. Backup Files Submission

  • Speakers are strongly encouraged to send a soft copy of their slide deck to expo-cfp@cuhk.edu.hk at least three working days before the Event Day 1. Alternatively, you may bring your files on the day of the event.

  • If your files exceed 8MB, share them via a cloud storage link (e.g., Office 365 OneDrive, Google Drive) which could be accessed without login and/or password.

  • All submitted files will remain private and will not be shared publicly without speakers's consent.

4. Event Recordings & Consent Policy

  • All thematic presentations and open floor discussions will be recorded and photographed.

  • The event archive may feature the recordings and photos.
